Never be afraid to talk to your child about depression or suicidal ideations - you will be better able to understand the problem they are experiencing and could help ease their suffering.


Find a Treatment Option as Unique as Your Child
There are many treatment options available to help your teen cope with depression. Some find medication works best, others prefer one-on-one therapy sessions, and still others find getting outside and exercising is all that they need to feel better. Meet with your primary care doctor to create a treatment plan for your child.

Teen Depression is Common
